My wife and I are both physicians renting in Alameda for the past 1.5 years. We are currently looking for a home in Alameda and love the place on Pearl (missed our opportunity to see it). I understand today was last for offers, but if it fails to sell we’re quite interested and understand that it comes with a need for a speedy foundation retrofit. We’re working with Elan Chertock.
